Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Buyer: users who are members of cycastle.com.tr or who purchase products/services electronically.

Article 2 — Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the credit or service purchased by the buyer electronically, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.

Article 3 — Service, Payment and Delivery

The name, quantity and total price (including taxes) of the service are fixed at the order stage and shown to the buyer in the order summary. Payment is made via the selected method; once payment is completed, the digital service is defined to the buyer's user panel instantly (electronically). If a non-digital obligation is involved, delivery is made within the legal maximum period of 30 days.

Article 4 — Pre-Information and General Provisions

The consumer acknowledges having read, prior to the order, the pre-information containing the seller's name/title and contact details, the essential characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes, the payment and delivery terms and the information regarding the right of withdrawal, and having confirmed it electronically. Payment of the price is required for the service to be provided.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

As a rule, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding intangible (digital) goods and services that are performed instantly in the electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer. By confirming the order, the buyer knowingly accepts that they have given explicit consent to the instant performance of the digital service after payment, and that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon such performance. Article 6 — Disputes and Competent Court

Turkish law applies to this agreement. Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes. When an order is placed, the consumer is deemed to have accepted all terms of the agreement.
