Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Buyer: natural or legal persons who purchase CyCastle products and services as a reseller or a commercial/corporate customer (merchant).

CyCastle products and services are sold only to resellers and commercial/corporate buyers; no sales are made to end consumers. Accordingly, consumer rights specific to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer (the 14-day right of withdrawal, application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, etc.) do not apply to these sales; the relationship between the parties is governed by the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and general commercial provisions.

Article 2 — Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the credits (usage rights) or service purchased electronically by the buyer (reseller/corporate customer), and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and general commercial provisions.

Article 3 — Service, Payment and Delivery

The name, quantity and total price (including taxes) of the service are fixed at the order stage and shown to the buyer in the order summary. Payment is made via the selected method; once payment is completed, the digital service is defined to the buyer's user panel instantly (electronically). If a non-digital obligation is involved, delivery is made within the legal maximum period of 30 days.

Article 4 — Pre-Information and General Provisions

The buyer acknowledges having reviewed, prior to the order, the seller's title and contact details, the essential characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes and the payment and delivery terms, and having confirmed them electronically. Payment of the price is required for the service to be provided.

Article 5 — Returns and Cancellation

As the buyer acts in a commercial/corporate capacity, the 14-day right of withdrawal specific to consumer legislation does not apply to these sales.

Digital services and credits are performed instantly after payment and delivered electronically, and therefore cannot be returned; delivered license keys cannot be reclaimed. By confirming the order, the buyer accepts having given consent to the instant performance of the service after payment. For details, please see the Delivery and Returns page.

Article 6 — Disputes and Competent Court

Turkish law applies to this agreement. The courts and enforcement offices of the seller's registered location (İstanbul) have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes. When an order is placed, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of the agreement.
