Data Controller
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is Siberkale Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. (CyCastle). Address details are provided at the bottom of this page.
Data Processed and Purpose
The data categories set out in our Privacy Policy are processed for the purposes of service delivery, ensuring security, legal compliance and communication. For details, please review the Privacy Policy page.
Data Collection Method
Your personal data is collected via forms you complete on the website and user panel, membership and order records, electronic communication channels (email, phone) and records generated automatically during the use of the services (logs, cookies); by fully or partially automated means, or by non-automated means as part of a data recording system.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations and legitimate interest. Where these legal grounds do not apply, processing is carried out based on your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to payment processors, information technology infrastructure providers and analytics providers, and in accordance with the legislation. Where a transfer abroad is required (for example, cloud infrastructure providers located outside Türkiye), the transfer is carried out only if the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK are met.
Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; if it is, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; request its deletion or destruction; request that correction/deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you through analysis solely by automated systems; and demand compensation for damages you suffer due to unlawful processing.
Application Procedure
You may submit requests regarding the above rights, together with information verifying your identity, to info@cycastle.com. Your requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; where the process entails an additional cost, a fee from the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. If your application is rejected or the response is found insufficient, your right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.
