Delivery
Digital security tools become accessible the moment payment is confirmed and are downloaded from the user panel. In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, war, technical failure, etc.), customers are informed by email.
Return Conditions
CyCastle products and services are sold only to resellers and commercial/corporate buyers; for these commercial sales, the right of withdrawal specific to consumer legislation does not apply. Digital security tools and credits are intangible products performed instantly after payment and delivered instantly in the electronic environment, and therefore cannot be returned. By confirming the order, the buyer accepts having given consent to the instant performance of the service after payment. Delivered license keys cannot be reclaimed.
