Delivery
Digital security tools become accessible the moment payment is confirmed and are downloaded from the user panel. In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, war, technical failure, etc.), customers are informed by email.
Returns and Withdrawal
Digital security tools are intangible products that are performed instantly after payment and delivered instantly in the electronic environment. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, such products are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. By confirming the order, the buyer accepts that they have given explicit consent to the instant performance of the service and thereby lose their right of withdrawal. License keys cannot be reclaimed after delivery.
